PRICING SCHEDULE

Full Pricing Process

This is the price per room if an entire remodel is taking place from start to finish. This price includes renderings, purchase lists, ordering, and contractor notes.

Consultation Fee is $200 and due at initial meeting.

25 percent due at the beginning process
50 percent due at the middle of the process
25 percent due at the end of the process

*Pricing may be different based on extent and needs of project.

Kitchens

$2,500 for less than 250 sq. ft.

$3,000 for more than 250 sq. ft.

Includes the rendering, plan details, and process with the contractor.
